TACT (Tactical Awareness & Combat Techniques) is a series of highly effective and court defensible self-defense and personal protection workshops. Workshops run anywhere from 4 to 16 hours long and vary in activity level and intensity. All include a dynamic power point presentation on theory, preparedness and mental self-defence concepts. all physical self-defence techniques are designed around battle proven gross motor skills that are easily retained and learned in a minimum time period. No intricate martial arts techniques... just science.

Martial artists often take their martial arts skills and try to apply it to real world violence to come up with workshops and seminars. We studied real world violence and developed a system using techniques that saved lives and were effective in the the heat of battle. We studied what works and what doesn't. Our ego or system is not tied to any one fighting style. TACT is street wise and street proven.

Whether you are in law enforcement or security, an at risk professional, or a civilian, everyone wants to have the skill to deal with angry, raging aggressive people. And when it really hits the fan and fists are flying are you prepared.... the preparation starts way before the first punch, it starts with body language and threat assessment skills, de-escalation techniques, verbal ju-jitsu and so much more.

TACT for Law Enforcement is a workshop designed for police officers, security guards, military, private investigators, etc whose focus is on self-defense, subject control, grounding, weapon retention, handcuffing, baton, resistance training, use of force continuum, NICT and much more.

Tact for at Risk Professionals is a workshop designed for individuals whose work environment often places them in vulnerable positions with people who are emotionally charged. It is also for anyone looking for a weekend long self-defense workshop.

Tact for Personal Protections main focus is on release and escape, court defensible self-defense methods, increasing your level of awareness, reading body language, dealing with angry individuals, NICT and much more.

TACT for the Avid Traveler - a four hour workshop designed for travelers seeking personal protection and safety tips when traveling abroad or locally. TAPP includes, traveler awareness training, threat assessment, avoidance training, personal self-defence, protecting others (Family Members), assertiveness training and much more to help you enjoy a safe trip no matter where you go

TACT - Yawara Stick is a workshop on the use of the Yawara stick. Included in this workshop is the ever popular NICT. TACT - Personal Protection is a workshop dedicated to helping people gain confidence and give them the skills and psychology to be their own body guard.

TACT for Women -(WASP - Women's Awareness Survival Program) is an exciting, empowering and self-confidence boosting self-defence workshop for women built on decades of study and statistics on violence against women. WASP uses no complicated martial art techniques but relies on battle proven gross motor skills that are easily learned and retained. Workshop includes self-defence techniques, awareness and avoidance training, threat assessment, assertiveness training and much more.
